Post is delivered to individual flats.
Packages / parcel deliveries go to the basement table opposite the lift. Where it needs to be signed for it is the responsibility of the recipient.
Jacques may be able to sign for you on occasion but please inform him in writing that you will take complete responsibility.
Residents ordering from Amazon can get most purchases delivered to 'Fast Amazon Lockers, 1 New Change'. These lockers are located on the 1st floor of the shopping centre. They are secure and the recipient will get a text and email of its delivery there, and again when collected.
