Stop Press - March 9th 2021

Please note that Vascroft have been granted consent to extend hours this Saturday (March 13th) between 2pm and 5pm  for the purpose of transporting joinery and finishing material from the Ground Floor to Level 3 using their hoist. This hoist is located within the South Zone of site and is scheduled to be removed on Monday 15/03/2021. During this period, no other works will be taking place and only operatives who are involved in this activity will be on site.
Disruption is expected to be minimal and will likely be contained to residents and neighbours of High Timber Street. The works are not expected to be noisy, but it may be possible to hear the operation of the hoist during this period.

Your point of contact during these extended Saturday works is Ganesh who you can reach on 07972 188209 or vcl514@vascroft.com.

This week (08/03/21) we are commencing the paving works to the new river walk way within Queens Quay. Noisy works will only be done during the City of London permitted noisy working hours which are as follows:.
  • Weekdays: 8-10am; 12-2pm and 4-6pm
  • Saturdays: 9am-2pm

We apologise for any disturbance and inconvenience this may cause.
As always, you can seek clarifications and queries by emailing us at QueensbridgeHouse@fourcommunications.com.
