Summary of work
 
We are delighted to announce that Practical Completion was achieved on 08/10/2021.
Works on the South Zone have been progressing well. Internal final fix, finishes and decorations are complete with final snags being carried out. External stone cladding installation at lower levels are ongoing. Additionally new river walkway stone paving and finishes are completed. Finally porte corche works are nearing completion.
In the Central Zone, internal final fix finishes and decorations are now complete with final snags being carried out. Guestrooms have now been completed with furniture and dressing. Final snags are being carried out.
Additionally, external stone cladding installation at lower levels are ongoing. In the North Zone, internal final fix, finishes and decorations are now complete with final snags being carried out. Guestrooms have now been completed with furniture and dressing and final snags are being carried out. External stone cladding installation at lower levels are ongoing.
Upcoming Works

Road Update
Upper Thames Street will be closed between the 26th and 29th October2021 out of hours between 22:00 – 05:00. The purpose of this road closure is to paint the external safety gantry on the East Elevation above the Upper Thames Street carriageway with the use of elevated vehicles on the road. Noise is expected to be minimal, though neighbours may detect some light disruption during this period.
