Jacques is authorised to challenge visitors whom he does not recognise to inquire about which flat they are visiting. Please do not allow other people to enter Queen's Quay by "tailgating" behind you unless you know that they are residents. There has been a significant increase in burglaries when tailgating has been ignored. Please do not "buzz" into the building anyone whom you do not know.
