Each flat is equipped with a TV aeral socket and there is a communal cable system for satellite. If you wish to access Sky Satellite television then the aerial wall socket will need to be replaced if this has not been carried out by the previous owner or tenant. In addition you will need a Sky decoder which can be purchased under an annual contract.
